WEMA is structured to realise its number one mission to be a provider of quality and effective consulting solutions in assignments related to ‘water - natural resource – agriculture - environment - human development’.

To better meet its mission and goals WEMA operates through a simple organisation structure which enables the client to receive the service in the smoothest and simplest possible way. The overall company structure is organised as illustrated by Figure 1. Normally WEMA number of staff ranges from 40 – 60 inclusive of permanent, project staff and support staff. The categories of our staff include Full time Consulting Engineers, Full time Professional Engineers, Short term and long term project staff, Senior Associates, Graduate Engineers, Technicians, Senior Non Engineering staff, Managerial Staff and Support staff.
